Verified senders
Addresses the agent will disclose shipment data to on its own. TMS contacts land here automatically where the TMS supports it; Shipwell has no contact-by-email lookup, so for a Shipwell tenant this list is the primary mechanism rather than a fallback.
Before you add an address
- · This is the only action in the product that turns a stranger into someone the agent answers unsupervised.
- · It needs senders:verify, which sits with the operations manager. Administrators do not hold it — verified by this page on load.
- · It grants operational data only: SHIPMENT_STATUS, ETA, APPOINTMENT, POD, BOL, CARRIER.
- · It never grants RATE, INVOICE, CONTRACT, FINANCIAL, whatever the form asked for. Widening an existing sender to those is a separate, deliberate act.

What the validator does with a pasted batch
One bad address never discards the rest. Somebody pasting eight addresses off a signature block will fat-finger one of them, and throwing away the other seven is how people stop using the feature and go back to answering the email by hand.

A personal email domain is a warning and not a refusal. Drivers and owner-operators legitimately use them all the time, and so does impersonation — the person adding the address is the one who knows which, so the job of this screen is to make sure they looked.

Who verified an address and when is kept because it is the question asked after a disclosure nobody can explain.
